"Utopia"
– it is a strategy created by me many years ago. My Forex market journey has begun with this strategy, and now, I have applied it to cryptocurrency trading. It is universal, suitable for any trading pair, and it is very capable of saving your deposit from losses.
📍Short description of Utopia:
- I am looking for a series of contracting fractal channels and enter the breakout with stop loss, but no take profit.
- This trade has a defined life span (no more than 24hours).
- Quite often there is a series of small losses, and investors "with a sensitive mental constitution" might have a nervous meltdown. But in the end, there is always a huge profit.
- Martingale with zero chance of losing the entire deposit.
About a month ago, I finalized the risk management for this strategy. It shows no drawdown for more than 1-2 months. This risk management maximizes profits but hardly increases risk.
Utopia has several modifications with different parameters: the timing of opening a position, the number of trading instruments, the risk exposure, and many more.
These modifications are ideal for diversification not only when bundling together, but even each one by itself.
Below are automatic backtests for each Utopia modification, based on a $1000 deposit for the period 01/01/2020 - 07/22/2021 (because it is the maximum available time frame on Binance Futures).
Utopia Mod-1 (Original)

Performance for the period of one and a half years: +4442$, or +444,2%.
The highlight of this modification is high profitability with a fairly low drawdown. The periods when the drawdown reaches the highest point do not last more than 2-3 weeks. The patience during drawdowns is rewarded by a large profit.
Utopia Mod-2 (Aggressive)

Performance for the period of one and a half years: +8052$, or +805,2%.
The highlight of this modification is the largest possible profitability. But at the same time the largest drawdowns. This modification can bring extraordinary profits if you have nerves of steel.

Performance for the period of one and a half years: +1817$, or +181.7%.
The highlight of this modification is more frequent drawdowns, but also a faster recovery. Drawdowns are low. All trading pairs perfectly diversify each other. The drawdown periods almost never coincide.

The highlight of this modification is that all risks are evenly distributed between the two best pairs: BTC & ETH. Any unexpected risks related to altcoins are eliminated. The highest liquidity ensures the perfect execution of any trade order.

The highlight of this modification is the minimum risk for each trading pair, which provides an added layer of preservation of original deposit and diversification for the entire portfolio. Highest profitability with minimum risks. This modification features take-profits that are not used in the previous modifications.

Verdict
The past performance does not guarantee future profitable trading.
But I have been trading Utopia manually for many years now. Thanks to this strategy, I have achieved financial independence. Now a bot was created, which executes the trades according to an algorithm based on this strategy. A bot can do a lot more than a person.
I'm glad that the bot is a dog that now has its day!
