Attention! Every user of BitMEX is required to complete this statement before September 15th, 2021 in order to continue access to the services.
As part of regulatory obligations, BitMEX verifies all of its users in order to exclude access for all and any US citizens. If you are not a US citizen and do not have an American passport, then you have nothing to worry about, but you are still required to fill out this declaration.
These are steps required from every user:
Step 1. Log into your BitMEX account

Sep 2. Access the page “US Citizenship Declaration”

Step 3. Click on the “No” button
On the page, US Citizenship Declaration, click on the No button. Please, see a screenshot below
After clicking on the No button, you will see the Thank you message for submitting the declaration. Please, see a screenshot below
That is all that is required from you!
If you have multiple accounts on BitMEX, you will have to complete the same steps for every account.
